Olivia H. Kim
About
Olivia graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School with her Juris Doctor. As a law student, Olivia worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She also served as Lead Articles Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology and as research assistant to her law professors.
Olivia joined the firm as a Summer Intern after her second year at Albany Law School. She thereafter stayed on as a Law Clerk while completing her third and final year. Since joining the firm, Olivia has discovered a passion for plaintiff-oriented practice and representing clients who have been seriously injured. As an Associate with Hacker Murphy, Olivia practices a wide range of state and federal civil litigation, with a primary focus on personal injury and medical malpractice.
Prior to law school, Olivia attended Syracuse University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Education Studies. She was elected by her fellow members to the executive board of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
