Following more than 35 years as a civil trial attorney, Mark has principally devoted the past 10 years to alternative dispute resolution. His extensive background includes the litigation and trial of negligence, personal injury, insurance, and property damage claims. A Martindale Hubbell AV-rated “Preeminent” attorney, Mark has been designated a neutral for Arbitration, Mediation, and Early Neutral Evaluation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York since 2010. He has also been selected as a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the New York Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators. Mark has lectured on the topic of alternative dispute resolution and ethics for various bar association groups and for the Appellate Division, Third Department’s Committee on Character and Fitness. He has also served as a guest coach for Albany Law School’s arbitration team and as a judge for the law school’s senior moot court trials.
